Okay so I haven't had my skin do this in about 4 years now, I usually just get one or two blemishes a month, which go away in about two days. But for the last week I just keep getting pimples all over my face! I have so many on my forehead and they hurt so bad! They are really deep because I can't pop them, so I've just been leaving them alone. I've tried using some mask but nothing is helping... The only thing I can think that caused it is a new moisturizer I tried but I only used it two days and stopped because it made my skin dryer than it already is and it made it itch; but that was two weeks ago... I use my Clarisonic everyday and I haven't changed anything else in my routine; I always take my makeup off too! I was thinking on trying Murad's Clarifying Mask and I need a different spot treatment because clearly nothing is working for me right now 😞. A big problem I face is how dry my skin is, so using a lot of spot treatments just make my skin look like a flaky mess... Maybe I need a new cleanser? I was thinking of Korres or Origins? I've been looking up tons of reviews but I just don't know what to do! Other products I've tried are Murad, Philosophy (current face wash), Boscia, Jack Black, Lush, Fresh, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something, bur those aren't/haven't helped this... Thanks!

You need to stop introducing new products and treatments. Throwing everything and the kitchen sink at your irritated skin is just going to make it worse, and make it more difficult to determine the culprit that is causing the breakout. Go back to your most basic routine, be gentle, and try to let it clear up on its own.

Agreed! And If you have sensitive skin like me, some products you never used can make your skin worse! And I know you've heard this before but, try going a couple of days with no face makeup if possible! It really helped me. And drink water! Sorry I wasn't much help!

Give your skin a break from makeup that may be causing some of your acne, same with your eating habits. Drink plenty of water and get a good nights rest. Most forehead pimples are from not getting enough sleep.

Thanks ladies. I haven't done anything as far as new products. Besides the moisturizer a few weeks ago, which is what caused this whole mess. Other than that I've left it alone, and only tried a mint jelup mask. I also haven't been wearing foundation either. Thank you though...

Sorry, I meant that long list of products I mentioned were just in general of the products I've tried over the years. Not recently! Lol sorry that was confusing! Just wanted to clarify that...

I had a similar issue where it just kept popping up and it turned out to be hormonal. I would try eating free of foods that contain hormones (Chicken, meat, dairy, etc. ) and maybe see an estie for an extraction... if the extractions don't help clear it up then it most likely is hormonal and may need a derm to treat it.

Thanks Kitty. Its so strange for me, hopefully it clears up soon! I wish I could go get a facial but the nearest place I would go to again is an hour away😞. Its kinda weird because its almost like they aren't even pimples, more of just a reaction... Thanks again for replying! Maybe all the thanksgiving food caught up to me and could be part of the problem lol...
