I'm looking for a mattifying moisturizer for my oily skin. I've noticed a lot of mattifying moisturizers contain salicylic acid which I am very allergic to. I was using the Body Shops Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream but I started breaking out from it. What do you recommend?

I use the No7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream for Normal/Oily skin. I'm pretty sure there isn't salicylic acid in it and it's mattifying without making the skin too matte looking (:

I recently picked up Dr. Jart+'s Ceramidin Cream and it's great! A very lightweight moisturiser and doesn't have any sheen.

Cetaphil makes a mattifying moisturizer, and it has SPF! (No salicylic acid, I checked the ingredients!)

Also, have you ever tried anything from Simple? They make products specifically for sensitive skin. No perfumes, oils, dyes, all that yucky stuff...

@Bailey I loooove Simple Skincare. I use their cleanser. I used to use their moisturizer but they don't sell it anymore in Canada. I guess the brand didn't do well here, in stores the only thing I find are their makeup wipes :(

The cetaphil one bailey mentioned is really good, I use it everyday. I've heard murad makes an amazing one too.
