I would overdraw your lips and then do a somewhat smokey/smoldery cat eye. Glowy natural skin with a natural pink/peach blush would add to it.

I think everyone knows Lana Del Ray, she's pretty popular! I find she has quite an understated retro-inspired look, UD definitely check photo shoots she's done, music videos, album covers, etc.
