So lately my skin has been horrendous. My problems are
1: I look so tired. And my face seems saggy. This shouldn't happen!
2: my skin is so dull.
3: when I put my makeup on it doesn't look smooth. It kinda clumps in some places. I've had this problem a few time I do not know how to fix it. Should I use a sponge instead of a brush
4: I broke out like crazy! Never this bad before!
I have not changed my diet. In fact. I am eating healthier and excersising and drinking more water now! What do I do!!??

What might help is washing your face with a gentle face cleanser. Bc you have changed a part of your life style your body may just be adapting. Try some skin sensitive products too.

Do it day and night. Possibly start a routine. And try a gentle exfoliating cleanser as well.

Hailey's advice is excellent. Focus on the skincare first. And treat the skin, not the problem! But if you've only ever used brushes for application, definitely give sponges or a different kind of brush a shot! It can do wonders! Also, if you're being more healthy in general, your skin is likely reflecting that, so your usual go to products might not be suitable any more. You may just need to tweak a few things.

It could also just be hormonal. Which in that case there isn't really much to do except ride it out. I have bouts of where I experience the same thing and then it mysteriously clears up and my skin is just perfection. The beauties above gave awesome advice...Alex made mention that you changed to a more healthy eating routine and exercising so your body could just be adjusting to all that and the toxins are just being dismissed from the body. When my skin goes zany I just go super basic with my skincare with super gentle cleansers that don't contain active ingredients along with a basic moisturizer and a peptide serum. :)

I know it seems like a drag but washing you face everyday and night with facial moisturizer made specifically for your skin type should help. Don't be afraid to put on a little lotion too, your face is really fragile and it needs the best care possible. Also, for the tired part, you probably aren't getting more than 7 hours of sleep every night, right? If not, consider taking melatonin, a natural sleep inducer. If you are getting enough sleep, maybe you should consider daily facial exercises. I haven't experimented with this myself but basically all you have to do if tighten the muscles in your skin my doing a few facial gestures. Just look up "facial exercises" on google and I'm sure you'll find something. You should also consider eating (or taking) vitamins, C, and D. They are good for your skins as well. Best of luck, and hope I helped! :D.
