I have very round, brown eyes and want to make them look more almond shaped. What would be good eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadows and how to apply them to elongate my eyes?

Focus the mascara on the outer corners and don't go to high on the lid with eyeshadow, focus your liner on the outer corners as well.

Stay away from clumpy lashes! Doesn't help that much but Mascara goes a long way. I totally recommend what Hannah and Natalie mentioned!
