I'm getting my friend two Ultra Matte Lips for Christmas, but I'm not sure what colors will be best for her. Any suggestions would be welcomed! (A picture of her is attached)

^ They're selling Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks in over 33 shades! Hopefully this helps with deciding! :)

These are all the shades I think would be flattering on her: StingRAYE, Scrooge, Bad Habit, Avenue, Ouija, Zipper, Bumble, Guess, and possibly Solow and Dr. M.
