Aliexpress has very inexpensive and cute clothes, although the shipping takes a long time. Not all of the stuff is great quality because it's so cheap, but I've found some of my favorite dresses there!

Sheinside.com is great for cheap trendy pieces. The shipping takes quite some time but it's worth it in my opinion!

I have been shopping at LuLu's. They have really cute and edgy clothes from ranging from 20-100 depending on what you buy. They have a great sales section as well! Sign up for their newsletter to get 10% off. They also randomly give you 15% off from time to time for shopping with them.
