Can anyone recommend a good face wash for spot prone but very dry skin available in UK? Anything good for clearing spots just dries my skin right out! All recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm not sure what's available in the UK but look for items that are good for dry skin. Maybe try some acne medicine or a face brush with a wash designed for dry skin to clean your pores well without drying your skin out.
