Ladies I need help on how to finish thid dress look. how should I do my hair and makeup and also what kind of heels would look nice on it? and what kind of bra should I wear since you can see all in there lol.

If I were you I would top it off with a leather jacket because the dress is so feminine and I would go with red heels and a red purse as a pop of colour I do a metallic smokey eyes simple lipstick I'd do hair in a messy feminine bun

They have nipple covers if not then they have adhesive bras...

No bra or just nipple covers. I would do a pop of color with the heels and purse and incorporate that color into the makeup as well (ex. red shoes, bag, and lipstick or blue shoes, bag, and pop of blue on the lower lash line with a silver and black gradient eye). For hair I would just do really soft and bouncy curls.
