What make up are you using that runs? I would stick to using a good formula or waterproof make up to help it from running.

It could be the product or you might need to clean your makeup (shadows, liners and so on) and it could also be something you're using to clean your brushes. If not try using eyedrops once on in a while that helps me out from time to time.

The make up it self is not running I tride a lot of highend And low end foundation but nothing seems to stay under my eyes since Its allways tearing up. I can't even apply a setting powder under my eyes or it'll look worse ,

Maybe you could just use q-tips to clean up under your eye throughout the day? I mean if nothing stays that's my best advice

Maybe your eye makeup is causing your eyes to water not your foundation. Try using waterproof makeup. N try different eye makeup to see if it makes a difference.

If it's running after you do your eye makeup I would suggest doing that part first, clean up and fix any watery mess, then apply foundation, blush etc. I would also try Urban Decay 24 / 7 Eyeliner for the bottom waterline. I find it stays on a lot longer than other eyeliners I've tried. I wear contacts and my eyes tear all the time, such a pain! Good luck hun, please let us know if you find something that helps :)

Maybe try some visine totality. It says it helps watery eyes
