So I'm thinking of going lighter to this hair color, I don't know if I should go a little darker than this or stay with this exact color. Let me know please! :)

I like that color. I think it would compliment your skin tone just be careful going lighter. It can be damaging! Post after pics!! You're really pretty by the way :)
