Hey beauties I am in need of your help. Every year I always say that I need more fall and winter clothes, and yet always fall short! I need help finding online stores that sell cute, girly clothes. I am quite short, but am in my late 20s and want clothes that won't 'youth' me, if you get me. I don't want to spend a lot, but I want quality, no forever 21 etc. thanks!!

Totally forgot about old navy!! And I've never shopped at NY&co or Limited.

I find that petites tend to look older than I am. If that makes sense. Any other suggestions?
