The title says it all: any tips on working quicker on others? I feel that it takes me too long.... about an hour. I should go faster. thanks for the tips!

An hour definitely isn't too long! You don't want to rush the makeup application! You can try to use multitasking products so you don't have to switch around with tons of different products which can ultimately save you some time in the end.

No 45 minutes to an hour is fine! I usually start with the eyes as it take the longest :)

I asked my daughter how she maximizes her time and she said its critical for her to meet with the client before a big event with a consultation and do a mock run thru so the day of she only carries the necessary products which keeps her application time on the short side. She works on a news reporter and most times she only has 20 minutes to put her face on due to the nature of her clients job (I've seen her run around the news room just to do her face).
