So I just got back from a vacation recently, and my face got really tan and since I spend a lot of time in the sun every day and live in a very sunny area my skin is always tan and doesn't get a chance to return to
It's normal color. Now my neck and chest area is really really white and my hands, face and feet are like a bronzey shade and yes I do use sunblock but that doesn't really help
Does anyone know anything that can help my face get rid of the tan

Maybe use a lighter or darker foundation to match the rest of your skin? Your tan on your body will start to fade eventually so wear a high protectant sunscreen and apply lots of aloe Vera to keep it from not getting any darker.

So my teacher told this to me.

Cut a tomatoe in half and rub it all over your face fro five minutes. Leave it on for another 15 minutes (till it gets completely dry) and wash it off.

Now I did use it and it works liek magic. It takes a few uses to get the tan off, but in the first use only you can see a difference.

Hope I helped! (:

Exfoliation is best - try a scrub with beads in it to remove all the dead skin cells and reveal the lighter skin underneath the top layer - you could also try a chemical peel as well or get a facial done at a salon that specializes in exfoliation or peels as well - you basically have to wait it out but exfoliation can speed up the process - unless you want to try whitening creams...
