You can wear them with about anything. Skinny jeans and a flowy shirt under it with heels or flats always looks clean and fresh

Old navy has done for relatively cheap!
You can also always find some at forever 21 and H&M! Now that fall is here you should be able to find them quite anywhere!

I usually wear something plain underneath blazers that have print or are colorful+ skinny jeans and accessorize
If the blazer is plain I wear the same thing as above except have a more colorful shirt underneath

Express, Guess, Forever 21, H&m, Charlotte russe all have blazers. I wear mine usually with skinny jeans, heels and a flowy neutral v neck shirt.
