I have used RoC Deep Wrinkle, but not the product you purchased in particular. I think Olay's Pro X Deep Wrinkle and nightly resurfacing Micropeel provide amazing results. Hopefully you'll get some feedback from other members. Roc is great stuff, but it also depends on what areas you are targeting and the extent to which you are seeking retinol as a whole.

Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen with these and wear your sunglasses. I'd add Green Tea, up my Omega 3 and hydrating foods/fluids and add a Vitamin C serum with ascorbic acid as the active ingredient and CeraVe PM with ceramides and peptides to maximize cell communication. Rosehip Oil will help brighten and even skin tone as well..and Embryolisse Lait-creme Concentrate for priming (if you are dry) is a lifesaver prior to make-up application. I highly recommend Mario Badescu Hyaluronic Eye Cream to alternate for keeping eyes and lids moist, as well as Jojoba and Sweet Almond Oil..available avail any health food store or vitamin shop/Whole Foods. Always always test patch any new product.
You want to slowly introduce your skin to these so begin with every 2nd day...gradually increasing amount and freqyency, but never exceeding the specified instructions. If you budget it, I suggest a facial to begin on a clean canvas. Good luck!
