Every moisturizer I've used has caused me to breakout and I have very dry skin. I have recently resorted to using aloe and almond oil which is still causing me to breakout. Usually I have to scrub the dry skin off before I put on makeup or use my Peter Thomas Roth skin peel but the dry skin is always back the next day. Any ideas of what I can use?

Nessy I highly suggest going in for a facial treatment. Do your research on a reputable spa with great product lines and set up an appointment. Most places, like my job, will block you off for a certain amount of time if you're unsure on the treatment that's best for you and after the consultation your esthetician can block off the right facial for you. We also do just consultations for clients without a service (still have to pay). Even as an esthetician it's impossible to properly diagnose what's going on with your skin at the moment without seeing and feeling it as well as thoroughly discussing everything with you. Honestly it's worth it, it'll save you so much trouble of trying to figure out yourself what the best regimen is for you. Receiving treatments about every 4 to 6 weeks (depending on the treatment may be different) is so so important for your skins health plus you'll walk away with knowledge on what's going on with your skin, what can be causing it & the best products & treatment for you. I'm sorry I can't give you a clear answer on what to do, but hopefully you can find a great esthetician in your area to really help you get your skin where it should be!

Have you tried CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion? I have really dry skin and its great and very gentle. What cleansers are you using?
