Hi girls, it's great that you guys help to enforce the rules! But in cases where you suspect a user is underage please contact a mod instead of taking the it on yourself! You see when you all are telling her that her account will be deleted and its not allowed and so on not knowing her actual age it's only going to scare her away from telling us her actual age. Also you are telling her these things without giving her a reason as to why we have this "13 and up" rule!

Yes Walmart has many affordable brands like elf, wet n wild, NYC. My little girls developed a love for makeup just like their momma so this is where I go for their little collection or Walgreens.
