What should I do with my hair?

Hey everyone, I just want to excuse my English because I'm from Germany but I'm trying to improve my English. Whatever, at the moment I'm not really happy with my hair, but I actually have no idea what to do with it. I don't think of a big change, just an other brown red nuance or maybe a little fresher cut. If anyone has an idea I'd love to hear it. Thanks for your help guys?

Hi Annely :) Don't worry about your english, we are a very international community so not everyone has english as their first language :) I'm from Denmark, so english isn't my first language either!
As for your hair, if I were you I would cut it just a few inches shorter, in like a long Bob - just so it doesn't touch your shoulders! And then I would do bangs! I think that would look so cute on you!
I don't think I would change your color, I think you have a very lovely shade of brown!

I love this color. As for cut, I would just add some layers and do side bangs to give you some more volume.
