I would just pack on some super orange bronzer for the orange parts, a paler powder foundation or white eyeshadow base (NYX Jumbo pencil in "milk") for the white parts, and black pencil liner for the rest. haha.

I wouldn't use a bronzer unless it was matte, but if you want that shimmery effect you can go right ahead I would use a bright eye shadow instead!

Oh yeah forgot to mention the matte aspect, I totally forgot about eyeshadow lol! I'd say a reddish orange or brown since foxes aren't like pumpkin color :) I don't know much about eyeshadows though...Try NYX! they have tons of colors and I believe their es are $5 a pop.

Oh! Well then definitely match it to your costume. no, Walmart doesn't...Another good eyeshadow brand is Maybelline and Wet nWild from Walmart! & Milani but never seen an orange shade... I believe wet n wild has a matte bronzer. maybe that could work.

I believe Meijer or Target sell NYX, do you have any near you?

The NYC sunny bronzer is suuuuper Orange (unfortunately for me)! I think it would work great for this. A white eyeshadow base would be great for bringing out parts like the muzzle, bridge of nose and a bit of the forehead to create a more dimensional appearance you can also go back with a brown eyeshadow and create some "fur"
