My ends getting bad, I need about a quarter of an inch taken off but am looking for more of a change! I've had pixie cuts before and am not afraid to go that short again, color changes are also welcome (nothing too out there I work in an office) the photo is me now, please excuse my face, I'm moving today!

I think you should keep the same length. it fits you very well! I also think a nice brown color would look good. maybe keep some blonde streaks of your natural color but then dye the rest.

I think a graduated cut similar to the one you have now would look super cute. Your roots look like your hair is naturally a bit darker but that could be the light so a color like this would look gorgeous(:
You could even keep the blonde, you look stunning!

I love the cut! I think a brown would look great on you - like the one Ivey posted above. Or something like this. Don't know if you can tell from this pic but I love these cuts mixed with the color.
