Finacea makes my skin itch like crazy for about 20 minutes after I apply it, is there anything I can do before or after I apply it to prevent the itching?

I know it can be a little scratchy but what you say is too much, you'd better talk to your dermatologist, maybe he will change the dose or medicine

You can phone your doctor and often get free advice from their licensed medical assistant or a registered nurse who consults the doctor and acts as a conduit for care. It may be something simole, such as reducing intensity or amount applied. You can then best assess if a visit is needed immediately. I'd phone them right away and ask for help.
