I would say Amazon, because the reviews there tend to be more helpful when deciding on a product.

I agree on Beautylish. The build your own Inglot shadow option is especially nice. I love that it is magnetic. Most of my lipstick is MAC lip liner (Nit a fan of MAC tubes) and Revlon sticks/stains/balms. So much bang for my buck.
