I am looking for a very basic eyeshadow palette not crazily e pensive but affordable,easy to blend and pigmented,not looking chunky with natural colours (nudes) without any shimmer/sparkles or dark colours apart from dark wine colour.

Unfortunately what it sounds like you want is an all matte palette. They are frequently nude palettes, good for everyday wear, however they are also almost always high end. matte shadows are harder and therefore more expensive to make, so I don't think I've ever seen a drugstore matte palette. however, in terms of affordable everyday palettes, check out the loreal nudes palettes or some of the NYX palletes. they have some mattes in them (however they do also have shimmers)

You could also try makeup revolution eye palettes, they're only about £8 and they're quite good. Superdrug sells them :)

Mua sell a lot of palletes under £10 SuperDrug stock them or you can get them on their website, they do a matte one but also do combination ones

I think you would get on well with the Sleek Au Naturel palette, there are a couple of shimmer shades but it is mostly matte.
