I really need new makeup brushes, and I was thinking these Real Techniques Essential Brush Kit. It comes with a foundation, eyeshadow, and powder/blush brush. It doesn't say what kind of material these brushes are, but I was wondering if these would be good?

My other option is these Eco Tools brushes

I love the real technique brushes. They work great for me. But as for the foundation brush I think the best brush to use for foundation is the real techniques stippling brush. It gives you a flawless finish. I also use sigma brushes. They are fantastic. It's a little pricey but worth it.

Ecotools and Real Techniques are exactly the same, just packaged differently. I have 2 RT brushes, the Expert Face brush and the blush brush. I love both and they're very good for application. Had no problem with shedding and they wash really well.

I prefer the Real Techniques brushes because they have a dome like shape which makes blending much easier! Plus shedding is almost 0-none even after washing which is a major thumbs up. As for the eco tools I have never used the product however the brushes appear durable.

I use the Eco Tools and I love them! And they last a long time!

I like both of these brushes but I love the real techniques expert face brush for applying foundation. I am not a huge fan of their stippling brush. But I don't like the look of my foundation stippled so it's probably not the brush c.
