So recently I have started a new job at a high school. I am a student councilor.
It's a very casual dress code, and I'm getting tired of wearing the same thing over and over.
please suggest some cute outfits appropriate, yet still youthful (I'm only 20).

You could try out some flowey pants and fitted tops, as well as some skirts (switch up the style it will feel less repetitive)
