I am finally trying to become dedicated to improving my skin. It's at an all time worse, and it's making me so self conscious. It seems I'm plagued with white heads everywhere. Seriously no flat surface of my skin anywhere on my face. I've read about things like evening prim rose oil and cod liver oil pills to help. What do you do?

I take:
multi vitamin
vitamin D
flax seed oil
calcium (I only take I because I need extra)
charcoal
probiotic
I think there are more important things than pills that will help your skin, I just take them for general health reasons. lots of water and using the right cleanser for your skin is also important

Get a blood panel done before taking any pills. Taking biotin or any pills without taking a blood test to see if your deficient is incredibly dangerous. If you're on even a semi healthy diet you're most likely getting enough biotin from your food or from a daily multivitamin. As someone who has overdosed on biotin when I was younger, please do not just go out and take pills. Just because they're sold in stores does not mean you should take them without consulting a doctor. Taking any vitamins, especially biotin can lead to very bad side effects that defeat the point of taking them fit nice hair like hair loss, hair dryness, acne, nail weakness, skin issues like permanent breakouts, dehydration etc, not to mention the lethal ones like kidney failure, liver failure, heart palpitations and more. Read these threads for even more reasons why you should NOT take biotin or any other pills just because someone on the Internet said it's okay.

But once you get a blood test done and see what you are deficient in, and talk to your doctor about what to take, then only take that much. Don't over do it.
I am deficient in a lot of things, so I take a lot of pills because I can't afford or can't eat certain things that I need. But I haven't noticed any difference in my skin.
I think the best thing is to stick to and find a good skincare routine suited for your skin, and taking care of yourself. Just eat as healthy as you can, stay fit, and stick to a skincare routine. Pills are not going to fix it alone.

Vitamin C.
I believe vitamin C helps with skin healing and for me I notice my skin is nicer looking
Vitamin C is water soluble so it gets flushed out an you kinda have to keep getting it
I believe Omega 3 will help too
