Do you use a toner? At the beginning of summer my skin went crazy and got really oily so I started using a toner twice a day after I washed my face and my skin is so much better and back to normal:) I recommend thursdat plantation tea tree and witch hazel toner and aveeno positively radiant toner

I think washing your face so much could be causing you to produce too much oil. I cut down on my washing and my skin was SUPER oily. After I washed my face it was just covered in oil. My friends always thought I put like Vaseline on or something.
I only wash my face at night. In the morning I would just use the soap free wipes and take off my makeup after school with olive oil and baby wipes.
ANYWAY aside from my routine, a good way to combat oiliness is to just blot off excess oil.
There are blotting sheets.
Some women use the papers that are meant for perms as blotting sheets, it's the same type of material but you get like 100 sheets for like a dollar or so.
Just keep a few in your bag and just blot away.
I think this will be a safer bet since you won't have to add another step to your routine and won't really have to worry about newer ingredients that may cause more breakouts
