I've just gotten into wearing fake eyelashes and I'm wondering how to wash the glue off to reuse them without damaging the lashes. I don't apply mascara to the fake lashes so I only need help removing the glue from the lash band (I used Duo glue if it makes a difference).

You could use a water based eye makeup remover to loosen up the glue from the band

Thank you! I figured eye makeup remover would work but I didn't want to risk ruining them.

Usually I soak my falsies in makeup remover overnight and by morning the glue is very easy to come off

And you should also clean them properly ti avoid getting eye infections, you can use isopropilic alcohol

I pick the glue off with tweezers lol

You're welcome :)
Just make sure it's oil-free. If it has oil it can effect how they stick the next time you use them.
I'd also agree with
Sadiya and using alcohol but I usually put alcohol in a spray bottle and spray my lashes with them a few times to prevent eye infections

Some days I do what Jaay does as well when I'm kind of just not in the mood, just be careful not to mess up the shape or accidentally pull lashes off the band

I spray a bit of parian spirit on them.

Use Eyelash Adhesive remover from Ardell or revlon and then spritz the lashes after with Beauty so clean sanitizer. :)
