I think my belly button is infected its SOOO painfull even when I just walk normally and it allways is bleeding so what shall I do because the pain is starting to get un bareable 😒😒😒

Don't take it out until you see a professional as if it is infected and you take it out you run the risk of the infection staying beneath the skin when the piercing hole closes over

Don't take it out. Aoife is right. Rinse with sea salt and go to your piercer. Don't touch it. Don't mess with it. Just rinse it and go to your piercer.
