Going to Paris : Help Outfit.

Hey hey hey everyone!
Well on Saturday I'm going with a friend to Paris for a shopping spree , and well we are in september and in Paris the weather is not that great. It's starting to get cold and cloudy! (By the way I'm French).
And I absolutely don't know what to pair with those (I've got them both in my closet) or just what to wear so if you would like to suggest another outfit that would be great! I'm almost 18 and it's going to be around 48degrees (F).

I think some dark blue high-waisted jeans and a patterned or pretty top, maybe with the colour of the shoes in?
