Hey! school started 2 weeks ago. I was so stressed! stress of course leads to.. pimples! I have a major breakout on my forehead. they've long overstayed their place on my face and I want them gone. I haven't popped them (ughhh no matter how bad I want to) , I use salycic acid 2%, I did a mask on my face to help with breakouts, and I've been putting %10 benzoyl peroxide spot treatment on them. what else can I possibly do?? they have to go awayyyy!

I saw your comment on my thread lol and I feel you too! I actually just used straight up apple cider vinegar in a cotton swab and used that to spot treat every 1-2 hours. It's help tremendously to reduce the inflammation and redness! The size is also started to reduce as well- I would try doing that!

Lydia has a pretty great list going on. To add on, clean your phone if and your hand through out the day. Don't stress over getting stress acne. There is a fine line of doing too much to your acne which can cause further irritation and inflammation. Keep an eye out for sensitive skin from such high chemical content in the products you are using. Be gentle.
