I've been getting really bad break outs recently, like spots all over my forehead and all these scabs from previous spots, in wondering of trees a DIY face mask made at home that gets rid of spots or makes them smaller? Or is there anything else I can do? Thanks :)

First they look like pimple marks to me.
Second, don't scratch your head no matter how much it itches.
Third, start drinking loads of water.
Fourth, take a break from liquid foundations.
Fifth, use talcum powder to reduce the redness and spots and pimples.
Sixth, wash your face : in the morning, comming back from outside, before and after applying makeup and at night.
That's all. It long but eh...

Also don't do those DIY's. They are terrible (talking from experience). And wipe any sweat from your forehead.
