I would start with a soft mauve pink color - I feel like that would suit you so much plus it's a nice and easy color to wear without feeling like your wearing something super bright and overwhelming :)
I think Rimmel Vintage Pink would be really pretty on you :)

Nyx round lipstick in Thalia and matte lipstick in Euro trash are both mauveish/pink. It would look beautiful on you.

Nars Dolce Vita is a really pretty nudy-pink. It is sheer and looks pretty on fair to medium skintones. It's a good starter shade if you're afraid of too much color but want a little more ooooomp than a true nude.
