So, prom is coming up! At least on my gymnasium (Danish equivalent of high school). I've already picked out, a short, black dress (first graders are required to wear short dresses) and black stilettos. Now I'm just faced with the problem of hair, makeup and jewelry. Suggestions?

Gold jewelry with a red lip! and if it's a strapless dress, have you hair down and pinned back. if it's a high neck, have it up in a bun.

I agree with Shreya 100% gold jewelry, and if the dress is strapless or has small straps hair down with voluminous curls maybe and if it's high necked an updo or a bun.

Where we're from first graders are ages 6-7. In the US we call people in your grade freshmen :) As for your dress is it a sweetheart neckline, a semi sweetheart, an A-line, etc? That helps determine what hairstyle you should have. But I think a messy updo would look perfect on you! With jewelry, if there's any rhinestones and glam on your dress, pick jewelry colors to compliment that. So if you have silver gems/sparkles on your dress, wear silver jewelry. If it's completely black, I say go for gold! I love the idea of a dramatic eye and red lips, but if you're uncomfortable with bold lips just go for the eyes! Nude lips are gorgeous too :)
