I'd like to know, what is an Eid?

Eid is an Islamic holiday that is celebrated twice a year, once after the holy month of Ramadan (which is when we fast from sunrise to sunset each day) and another time which is believed to be the day where the prophet Abraham was ordered by Allah to slay a calf (it's a huge story but this is a cosmetics post not a religious sermon, so this is dramatically shortened) :)
Both days are social celebrations with friends and family, eating delicious food and dressing fancy

Ooh, thanks for the info. I saw your other post and saw the dresses (sorry had not learnt their official name yet) and I think they would go amazing with a gold and black smokey eye, cat eyeliner and big lashes. :)
