How do you apply the new NARS Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder?

After reading all the rave reviews, I went ahead and purchased myself one of these. I used a powder brush and maybe it's just me, but I'm not noticing much of a difference.

For those of you who do have this, how do you apply it? I've read that "rolling" the brush on the powder as opposed to tapping it is better? So many questions! Let me know how you apply it!
