I just ran out of my Kat Von d foundation and I was a MAC addict before but I want to adventure into other brands what is the best foundation? Preferably for light complexion!

Hey - If you like something full coverage, then I love the Laura Mercier Silk Creme. A little goes a long way and it lasts forever. For lighter coverage the Nars sheer glow/matte or even maybe the Revlon Nearly Naked foundation xx

Rosie- I was just going to post the same thing! The skin on my face is so fair because I don't tan my face, and the problems I always find with lighter foundations is that they don't really match my skin (too pink or yellow undertoned) & are really thick/cakey/chalky, do you have that problem too? Idk, maybe it's just me & the fact that I like full coverage foundations, but just wondering if you have that problem too?? :) & if so, what are some good moistuzing, not cakey/creasing, full coverage, light complexion foundations?

Loreal True Match Lumi is affordable, great coverage, matches my skin tone really well and isn't too thick or cakey.. I have been choosing to wear it over my Mac foundation, even though I do like my mac.

I really like Bobbi Brown's long lasting foundation, it had a really natural semi-matte finish, and it's quite buildable, and I find the color range is pretty comprehensive. It's slightly scented like lavender though, which d
some people might find off putting.

Amanda yes those are exactly my problems and I hate it! I found that Katy be cosmetics has a great primer that moisturizers enough to help prep my skin for most any foundation but I am still on a quest for the perfect light complexion foundation for me I picked up some samples today of make up forever, tarte , and immaculate ill let you know how those work for me Kat Von d was very pinky on me but the color pay off was great! And lasted a long time without making me look cakey a overall velvet effect I loved it!
