Which Shade Of Mac Foundation?

I live in Britain. Can anyone help me with what shade of mac foundation I would buy? I'm normally ivory/ beige shades. I was the lightest shade in no7 recently but I like a bit of warmonth so add bronzer. I don't have a mac counter near by and there's too many shades to choose!!

Choose some of the foundations that adjust to all skin tones. MAC Pro longwear NC30 maybe. When went to buy it I explained to the girl in the store that I'm planing to go to sea soon, so she adviced me to buy this one cuz it will fit good to me with or without tan :)

Try a foundation matcher online. I know there's one but I can't remember the name. just type it into Google.
