Makeup forever full cover concealer is my absolute favorite for concealing blemishes, especially if you don't need full coverage on most of your face. Always go with the lightest coverage foundation your skin needs in general then use a full cover concealer only where you need it. Tea tree oil helped me with my blemishes and clay masks are good for drying them up.
