Help with creasing?

I've been having some issues with my makeup settling into expression lines. I'm only 14 but I have lines on my forehead from it being so dry in the winter. Every liquid foundation or BB cream I've tried ends up creasing and making these lines more noticeable. Noxema has reduced the lines and overall dryness but I'd love some help with the makeup part. In the photo I'm wearing Physician's Formula BB cream and PF's Healthy Wear Powder.

Try a silicon based primer. Porefessionals by benefit is good at filling lines and pores for a the look of a smooth face.
