I have seen so many pictures of eyes with "wings " with eyeliner or whatever but I'm not sure how to do it.. and what would be better a stick or liquid liner??

It is very tricky to do a "wing" I would personally just go to youtube and watch videos, that would be the easiest. I think liquid liner works best but it's all about preference, I normally use pencil just because that's what I'm used to. Just keep practicing and use short strokes instead of trying to draw one long line on your eye. Another way I've seen people do it, is you can put tape on the outer corner of your eyes so that it acts as a guide to give you a nice clean line.

Paint pot & a brush works best. I use MAC's Blacktrack. I recommend watching how to videos on you tube... check-out makeup geek, pixiwoo or michelle phan.

Gel/cream liner with an angled liner brush is easiest, I think. Definitely watch tutorials on Youtube.
