I don't have dark circles under my eyes or bags under my eyes, do I still need to wear concealer?

If you don't have anything to conceal, you don't need concealer. My undereye area looks even with just foundation, so I rarely use concealer there. For a really bright-eyed look, I sometimes use a light reflecting concealer under my eyes like maybelline dream lumi concealer.
