Sorry for posting a similar conversation. My 21st birthday is in a couple weeks and I'm going to a bar with some friends. I've decided I want to use my Urban Decay Vice palette to create my makeup look. I'm wearing this blue lace top with dark wash jeans. What colours should I use from my Vice palette?
