I have no idea what to buy. I don't need any mascara or anything for my lips. What are your must haves or brands you really like?

Do you use concealer and foundation? Everyone can always use new eyeshadows, choosing which colors is the hard part. There are primers if you need them or don't like what you have. Colored eyeliners? You could also get makeup brushes. I have been struggling with the same thing actually, I have a $50 giftcard also. But I am about to go to school to be an MUA so I am trying to hold off, see what exactly is in my kit.

I use foundation and I've been wanting to try concealer but I'm not sure what brand. Haha yes everyone needs new eyeshadows, but I just recently got the Urban Decay Vice Palette about a month ago so I'm trying to find something different. I've also been thinking about getting a gel eyeliner or new brushes, I can't decide!

Yeah, it is pretty tough, especially when a $50 gift card can only really get you 1-3 things there. I have the UD 24/7 concealer and love that, but maybe go in and talk to someone there to find out what would be good for you. The Vice Palette has a pretty good range of colors, so maybe think of if there are any specific shades or or colors that you want that aren't in there. It is a pretty hard decision, I am with you on that one for sure.

Yeah it's such a hard decision I hope you have luck finding something! I think I'll just go in and look around and ask for recommendations.

The Sephora near where I live always has a bunch of sampler sets for $30-50 and you get a bunch of deluxe minis. Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer is my absolute favorite for blemishes. Bobbi Brown Gel Liner is also a good product, but I prefer MAC's Fluidline. I haven't tried the new Sephora brushes but I've heard good things about them.

Definitely prioritize, decide what you really need or have been wanting to use! And go into the store and play, try out all the things on your wish list! Get samples, they will usually give you at least a few day sample of whatever you like. Primers, foundations, skincare! They do have great brushes, but seriously you can get brushes else where for cheaper! I would honestly look into some sephora brand products, they are reformulating and the stuff is great! And much cheaper!

I work there! yay you! do you have a primer for your foundation or eye shadow both work wonders! honestly I would just go in and let a beauty consultant know your budget and they would love to play and find something useful for your based off your consultation :) have fun!

You work there Kala? I'm so jealous! I have a primer for my eye shadow but not my foundation. I have very sensitive skin so I'm kind of skeptical on what brand to try. Thanks for the tip!
