Believe it or not castor oil works great for evening out skin tone and clearing acne.

My biggest suggestion would be a light concealer if it isn't that noticeable, or maybe even some tinted cream to even out the skin tone? However like I said if they aren't that noticeable, concealer like you would use on any other trouble spot or even a medium to heavy coverage foundation might help!
