Hi, me and my friends planned on wearing black leggings with a Arizona brand denim button up shirt. So I was wanting to get shoes to go with it. But I need help. Should I get boots or flats and/or should I get black or the light brown colored boots if I get boot.?

Okay. But the other thing is I need to find them for cheap. I'm looking at stores that are local such as jcp, target, Zumies, rue21, kohls. Ect.
