I have these small (and when I say small I mean very small) bumps on my forehead that have no redness at all, but are still imperfections. I don't think they're pimples but does anyone know what they are/how to get rid of them??

I had those too! I use to use like a medicated face wash for my acne. as soon as I stopped using it and started using plain dove bar soap, they went away. I think it was my skin's reaction to the face wash.. maybe thats your problem?
