I'm going out later tonight, I need your opinions!

I thought once I came home from school I'd just chuck on some make up and see if I could create a look for later tonight on such short notice and doing something a bit different to my everyday look. I just wanted to know if you though this was okay.

Sorry for the poor quality, my camera is charging since the battery died but I will post a better picture once everything is done.
