I would recommend a purple to make the eye pop with your green dress with a nude lip. Or if you want more of a 'natural look' go with a dark brown smokey eye! It'll look amazing and keep with the earthy tone of the dress and still stick with a nude lip. Add some gold eyeshadow/glitter to the center of the lid and inner corner so it really pops! Hope this helped! :)
